Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge. Kodiak Treks provides an education-based approach to observing bears with a minimal-impact philosophy.
Comfortable accommodations at the Aleut Island lodge and our out-camp provide the group's base. From there, we travel by boat and afoot to explore bear density areas with great respect for bears' need for minimal human disturbance--truly a delicate balance.
